Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is included in the product price. Express shipping is available for $15 where offered at checkout. Orders may ship from our production or fulfillment partner. Supplier and warehouse addresses are not published on the storefront.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending a return; approved returns will receive a U.S. return address and instructions directly. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and packaging. MIRAE will review the issue and cover related costs where applicable.

Choose 50x50cm for a smaller accent light. Choose 100x100cm if you want the lightbox to become the main visual object in the room.
